Mike Hezemans - nr 3 Carsport Viper : "I had a problem with the differential, and the car was not that good. I thought we were two or three seconds off the pace, and expected that we'd be fifth, so I was really surprised to set the fastest time."

Christophe Bouchut - nr 7 Larbre Viper : "The session went well, with no real problems. We're working on the set-up. We didn't come to the test day, and on a long and technical circuit like this one, we really need to work on a lot of things. But for a development phase, it's going well."

David Terrien - nr 62 JMB Ferrari : "We were mainly wearing in three or four sets of brake pads for the race. We did just one fast lap each time we went out; the track was covered in oil and there was a lot of traffic." Christian Pescatori took over the car at the end of the session, and spun on oil. "But I got it into first gear and got out !"

Vincent Vosse - nr 12 Belmondo Viper : "I didn't drive a lot - we were wearing in the discs, and letting all three drivers get behind the wheel. We'll have to see later. There was a lot less grip on the circuit compared to the test days, but it will improve."

Thierry Perrier - nr 55 Perspective Porsche. He took part in a medical extraction test between the practice sessions, being removed from his Perspective Racing Porsche 996 GT3-R. "I'd prefer to be taken out now, in my pits, than during the race !" Perrier said. The Porsche has a new rear suspension for this race.

Sebastien Dumez - nr 17 Larbre Viper. He drove a Chrysler Viper GTS-R for the first time today. "The engine has a lot of power, and the chassis is very lively - I think you need a very good set-up. But it's great fun. We've got to start slowly and improve over the weekend. Our main aim is to help the leading Larbre Competition Chéreau Chrysler Viper GTS-R."

Stephane Ortelli - nr 57 Freisinger Porsche : "We had some problems today - it's a brand new car, but we lost 40 minutes with a radiator leak. But the car is now quite good - it's a good base for starting the race. We are not so focused on qualifying, and for the race, it's OK."
